Membership

Research, Training, and Advocacy

SEAC is an annual district membership for certificated and classified management of school and community college districts and county offices of education. Member districts are united within the structure of a Joint Powers Agreement (JPA) that provides services in a more cost-effective manner than if services were duplicated and funded in each district. Seventy-five percent of the SEAC annual membership fee is reimbursable as a mandated cost.

Today, the number of SEAC members includes over 150 school and community college districts and county offices of education, and 10 associate members, such as law firms and management support organizations.

SEAC supports management in the collective bargaining process with major focus on research, training, and advocacy.
